Condo Rates

Each of our condominiums is individually owned and therefore each boasts its own unique charm and personality. The condominiums are situated in clusters of one- and two-story adobe-style buildings on 7.5 view-filled acres at the base of the Sangre de Cristo mountains. All are non-smoking.

Room $85/night + taxes Studio $100/night + taxes 1 Bedroom $150/night + taxes 2 Bedroom $200/night + taxes

Fall 2010 Internet Special! Stay 2 nights and get the third night free. Just say you saw it on the internet...Good October 15th thru December 15th!

A cleaning fee is charged for each rental depending on the size condo, pets, etc.

Deposits:
A deposit of 50% of total lodging is due at time of booking to reserve the accommodations of your choice. Balances are due two weeks prior to arrival. The balance will automatically be run on your credit card two weeks before arrival. We accept Visa and Mastercard.

Cancellations:
Deposit refunds will be made only if the reservation is canceled at least thirty days prior to the date of arrival. The guest is responsible for full payment for all nights reserved regardless of the guests actual arrival or departure dates. Any nights dropped after booking and early departures are charged in full.

Pets
Some condo owners accept well behaved pets, others will not, so please tell us if you will be bringing your pets. An additional cleaning fee and/or security deposit may be required for each pet.
